NOTICE OF PRIVACY OF CONSUMER FINANCIAL INFORMATION

THIS NOTICE IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE GRAMM-LEACH-BLILEY ACT (the "Act") AND IS FOR YOUR INFORMATION

As your student loan Lender, we believe in protecting the confidentiality and security of information we collect about our borrowers. This notice describes our privacy policy and describes how we treat the information (the "Information") about you. The Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder require us to provide this summary of our privacy policy once each year. You may have additional rights under other applicable laws.

Categories of Information we Collect

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

  • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms,

  • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and

  • Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
